Your job is to scale this customer base with new business accounts in North America. As a Business Development Manager, you’ll work closely with our Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams, and you’ll implement our scalable SaaS sales process. We don’t micromanage – we’re looking for an independent, flexible problem solver to join our best-in-class sales team.

What is the job about?
  • Supporting a team of 6 individual contributors to exceed quota in opportunity creation, including 1:1 Coaching and performance management
    Team training on SDR responsibilities
  • Forecasting and reporting on SDR team performance
  • Interpreting and leveraging CRM data to continually improve operating cadence
  • Developing plays and cadences for SDR team
  • Gaining an understanding of our core personas and working with Marketing to develop and test targeted cadences
  • Supporting the creation and execution of Marketing campaigns
  • Roleplays - cold calls, illumination calls, discovery calls
  • Recruiting and onboarding ahead of organisational needs, to support growth objectives
  • Working with VP Sales to identify productive focus areas for SDR team

Job requirements

  • 3+ Years in SaaS Sales / Inside Sales / Sales Development roles
  • At least 1 Year of experience leading a team in any of these functions
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding team quota
  • Experience hiring and onboarding other team members is essential
  • Positive mindset and solution-oriented approach
  • Natural ability to identify new opportunities for increasing success
  • Proven ability to motivate and inspire SaaS SDR teams to achieve their goals
  • Commitment to winning while fostering a team-centric culture
