As a Customer Success Intern you fulfill a very important role within the organization. Every day, you make our customers happy and take care of the best customer experience at Happeo. Mainly you will be responsible for providing the best possible experience to our customers by providing A-class customer service. In turn, you are working very closely with our Customer Success Manager, so he can teach you everything. In short, a versatile role where you can learn a lot!

Job requirements

Your main responsibilities:

  • Proactively handling questions & issues from our customers through our ticketing system
  • Knowing the Happeo Product inside out, acting as the go-to person for users of Happeo, internally and externally
  • You will provide our clients with flawless answers and great, friendly service whether it is over the phone, email or live chat (60%)
  • Report on user data, and user cohorts
  • Work on customer success side projects to develop yourself and help the business
  • Providing your insight and feedback on Happeo features & product, to ultimately make us the best around!

What you’ll learn:

  • How to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • How to conduct on-going account meetings to communicate best practices, develop plans for expanded functional usage, provide use case examples for leveraging key product functionality and communicate new feature releases
  • How to plan and conduct on-boarding and training for new customers
  • Create and deliver monthly reports to highlight customer successes

What you have:

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and in writing skills
  • Currently enrolled, and for the next 6 months as a student
  • Available for a full-time internship for 6 months starting January 2021
  • Motivated, proactive, independent and organized self-starter
  • You live (or will) in/or close to Amsterdam

Good to know:

  • The salary for this position is 750 euros per month
