Based in Finland, but with offices in the Netherlands, Romania, US and Canada, we are a truly international organisation and we are growing fast. We are looking for a versatile Office Manager to join us in the next steps of our scale-up journey. Your scope will be broad from making the office an inspiring hub and enhancing our culture, to administration, HR support, ordering supplies and equipment, and relocation support. It’s a small team, so you need to be someone who can dig in and flip between the day-to-day, managing projects and creating processes together with our Head of People and Culture. Flexibility is key!
With a Global team of 80+ passionate, smart problem-solvers with a positive attitude, we trust our people to be independent and make smart decisions without tons of policy in the way. Although the way we work and interact has changed massively in the last 1,5 years, we still feel that our offices are the hubs where we will get back to and interact with each other, share ideas, and get inspired as human beings. And even if we are not in the physical office yet, we will need to make sure that we keep interacting efficiently and in a fun, energizing way. In this role you will support the ongoing operations for the company, ensuring things happen at the right time and place, people have the right devices and equipment, and happsters feel connected even if that is ‘only’ online. You will be the dedicated person to make our (virtual) offices and teams around the globe an inspiring place to be.
You are an expert in organizing, ordering, and arranging everything that is needed to work together as an effective, efficient, and fun team. You will make sure that not only our Amsterdam office is a vibrant place to be, but you will also lay the foundation for all our offices by supporting our local representatives. You are the go-to person for any questions from our employees and leaders if it comes to office management. This also means helping with onboarding, offboarding, administration, celebrations, events, and more. You are a pro-active busy bee, that can handle more than one project at once, you strive to make processes repeatable and run a tight ship when it comes to handling a million tasks at the same time.

What you bring:
Background in HR, Facility Management, Office Management;
Minimum of 2 years experience in office management or HR assistant role and have experience in building processes, administration, and creating and enforcing international policies;
Great communication, relationship building, and collaboration skills;
Entrepreneurial mindset - comfortable in a highly ambiguous environment, able to take responsibility from day one, and ability to quickly adapt to an ever-changing environment;
Experience in international organizations. you know what it means to operate remotely and work with teams across the globe.
