About the role and the team:

In this commercial role, you are responsible for working with our customers globally to actively discuss and manage their growth and renewal with Happeo. You are part of the Customer Success team and work closely with the customer success managers, the sales & solutions engineering team and our finance team to ensure the long term success of our customers.

This is a key role that requires both someone who has the ability to build strong customer relationships as well as some who can build out scalable processes to efficiently identify & manage upsell opportunities and renewals. The role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about long term growth and customer relationship management.


You will be doing

  • Collaborating with sales and customer success to map out longer-term expansion
  • Identifying and managing all growth opportunities post roll-out
  • Managing all customer renewals for our higher touch customers
  • Aligning & collaborating with our partners on contract renewals & upsell opportunities
  • Establishing an efficient & scalable renewal process
  • Forecasting growth opportunities & renewals
  • Working closely with multiple internal stakeholders such as customer success, sales, solution engineering, finance and more


Why you might NOT enjoy this position

  • This is a very collaborative position with a lot of stakeholders involved so working closely together should be your thing
  • You are going to be the first Account Manager in our CS team, so if you need a very clear and neat structure, this might be not your role (buit if you like to create structure, it definitely is!)

Job requirements

Essentials

  • Minimum 5 years customer success management (including renewals), account or renewal management experience in SaaS
  • Business savvy with consultative, problem solving, and issue resolution skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Internal Communications or the aptitude to learn it quickly and independently
  • Experience in global/ multi-country operations
  • Professional English language skills


Nice to have 

  • Knowledge and experience of the Google Cloud environment
  • Additional languages
