Our customers <3 our product! We hardly have any churn, which makes our story a compelling one. Companies have noticed – we’ve tripled our revenue in 2019, and 2020 sees an even bigger demand for our social intranet. Now we need you to find the talent that scales these results.

Your job is to bring in leads by the boatload in the French and European markets. As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll work closely with the AE team and Marketing, and you’ll improve the scalable SaaS sales process. We don’t micromanage – we’re looking for an independent, flexible problem solver to join our best-in-class sales team.

You will be doing:

  • Be responsible for bringing Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to your AE team and scheduling demos in your territory (France/Europe)
  • Create your own outbound pipeline and qualify leads
  • Work closely with the AEs
  • Assist the AEs and Marketing to position our products, improve the accuracy of materials, and promote our business
  • Adapt to an ever-changing process, environment, and market

Job requirements


  • You love high-activity work: 70 emails / 50 calls a day are your norm, you most likely do more now
  • You have direct experience with UK & European markets or US market in the enterprise segment
  • Healthy competition - you absolutely HAVE to be top of the leaderboard 
  • Proven track record in SaaS – you hit and exceed your SDR quota for the past two years because you’re a frickin’ rockstar
  • An analytical mindset and experience
  • Creative approach - find a successful strategy and scale it
  • Passion for technology and delivering value to customers
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams to find customer solutions
  • Fluency in French and English is essential (any other languages is a plus)
