About the role and the team:

You’ll be responsible for managing our outbound and inbound channels, prospecting and qualifying leads, researching them on the internet, calling them to find out their needs and routing them to Sales Executives. You’ll learn how to understand a lead’s needs and effectively communicate how Happeo will meet them by leveraging our key product offerings. Also you’ll be picking up all chats from prospects that come in on our website, with the goal to schedule a discovery call with them. Ideal candidates should be eager to advance in our organization by demonstrating their ability to be tenacious self-starters every day.

You will be doing:

  • Leverage Website Chat (e.g. Drift) to establish contact with prospective clients
  • Working amongst cross-functional teams to drive revenue (Marketing, SDR’s, Account Executives)
  • Serve as a product matter expert to answer an array of questions from prospective clients
  • Articulate to prospects how Happeo drives value for their organizations
  • Manage contact fields (e.g. lead stats, demographics, etc) in Hubspot

Job requirements


  • 1-2 years experience in a phone sales role as part of a SaaS or B2B company (must-have)
  • Strong written communication, phone, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Discovery call experience
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing tasks
  • Eager and driven to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Hustle and persistence a must.
  • Team player who’s collaborative by prioritizing “we” before “me.”
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, changing environment with minimal direction.
  • Superb listening skills. You understand objections and address them by turning skeptics into eager new customers.
  • Eligible to work in the US.
