Job description

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Partner Marketing Manager to build Happeo’s partner marketing function from scratch.This is a great role with lots of growth opportunities, you will own our reseller marketing program, develop a strategic referral partnership program and most importantly own the relationship with Google. Google is a key partner of ours, and a primary route to market, therefore this role is critical to the growth of our business over the next 3 years, and will help us to achieve our ambitious growth targets.

In this role, you'll:

  • Create and execute our partner marketing strategy
  • Build a strategic referral partnership program
  • Develop campaigns to manage all our key partner contacts, ensuring they have our latest thinking and case studies, and that we are continually top of mind
  • Build “ campaign playbooks” for our reseller partners to scale our demand generation efforts globally across the varying partner categories
  • Ensure the needs the Google sales team and reseller partners is being met through the packaging of sales enablement materials – one-pagers, case studies etc
  • Work with Google and strategic partners to drive co-branded events / webinars for clients and prospects


Job requirements

The perfect candidate will understand the Google ecosystem landscape, and the vendors that work within it, but more specifically you will understand how these partnerships work will be able to create compelling messaging that resonates with partner sales teams, and positions us as the right partner.

Your experience:

  • 3-5 years experience with partnership development or partner marketing
  • Experience in the Google technology partner ecosystem
  • Exceptional at working with cross-functional teams, an excellent communicator, and a strong team-first mindset.
  • Hands on experience crafting propositions, simplifying a story that can seem complex
  • Strong relationship builder
