About the role and the team

We are a Finnish company with office locations in Finland, The Netherlands, Romania, and New York; we are a truly international organization and we are growing really fast. This is why we are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist that will help us scale in North America and make our employer brand even stronger!


You will be joining a team of 7, all of us with different tasks. There are three other recruiters in the team:  Francesca,  Maria and Rose, and we really need your expertise to leave our mark in the US market.


Your role will not be limited to recruiting: you’ll be a market expert, you’ll work on employer branding and several other projects, so flexibility and proactivity are key skills to be successful at this job!


What you'll do:

  • Scaling the team big time in 2022 (and beyond!) - with a focus on growing our US sales operation and also supporting the growth of our EU sales teams;
  • Owning the full-cycle Recruitment for different roles (sales, customer success, support, and much more) in close collaboration with your hiring managers;
  • Ensuring a steady flow of strong candidates in the pipelines by constantly mapping out the talent market and sourcing both active and passive candidates;
  • Creating and positioning our Employer Brand in a highly competitive market, in close collaboration with a super professional, highly committed marketing team;
  • Support your colleagues in the implementation of a solid Talent Acquisition strategy;
  • Ensuring a world-class experience for every single candidate;
  • Further sharpening of our processes (automating the boring bits to make room for real human contact where it really matters) and champion best Recruitment practices across the organization.

Job requirements

Essentials:

  • Extensive knowledge of the North American labor market in the SaaS industry;
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment in SaaS, ideally in a startup or a hyper-growth company;
  • An impressive network and a very strong presence in the North American recruitment market;
  • Independent self-starter, with strong time management and project management skills;
  • Being a strong advisor and a great listener;
  • Ability to provide the best candidate experience;
  • Creative thinking skills and very high emotional intelligence and empathy: besides being at the core of our values, these are very important skills to develop strong relationships with your hiring managers, colleagues, and candidates;
  • IMPORTANT: This role is based in New York. We will offer relocation support if needed.
