Our Happeo family is expanding across the globe, and our tech team needs you to scale it. The VP of Engineering will be responsible for managing, developing and recruiting our geographically diverse organization.

What you’ll do?
As VP of Engineering you’ll be leading and scaling our engineering team in our locations Finland, Romania and remotely. You’ll be working in our management team to make our vision a reality. This is a key and strategic role that requires a balance of strategy with a strong get it done mentality.



  • Expand the engineering team to meet our strategic goals
  • Manage and develop current engineering team
  • Align what we do and how we do it with our strategy and KPIs
  • Take full ownership of Happeo’s engineering work
  • Make our customers happy

Job requirements

  • Proven track record working as VP / Head of Engineering
  • Proven track record in growing engineering teams
  • Previous experience in a tech team in a growing SaaS company
  • Knowledge of how to manage the work of engineers in order to drive maximum productivity from a product
  • Ability to travel, including global destinations
